Gilt City vouchers expire on November 17, 2011. Once you redeemed your voucher you have to take your first class no later than November 17, 2011. Please be aware of our standard cancellation studio policy. Members who cancel less than 24 hours prior to their class will lose a session. Monthly-unlimited members will lose one day from the monthly package. Socks with grippers are required to take classes, and are sold at the studio. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to sign JetSet Pilates liability waiver, and to get an orientation to the Megaformer. If it is your first time, and you are late for class, you will not be admitted to participate in the group class for safety reasons, and will lose your session. 5-class pack is valid for 30 days from the first visit.
